Fill out an Agreement (PDF) for Direct Payment and mail, fax, or drop it off in our office to authorize Cal-Ore to debit your bank account or credit card each month. Since you should never email credit card or bank information, Please do not email us the form.

No more writing checks or mailing in payments! Your bank account will be debited or your credit card will be charged on the 10th of each month for the amount due on your account.

Watch your bill each month to see the amount debited from your account.
